Neoventa – Better World Developer 2018

Neoventa Medical has won the prestigious Better World Developer Award 2018.

The award has been established to draw attention to companies or organizations that through innovative product development contribute to a better world. The company behind the award is TogetherTech, a technical consulting company that provides services and competence through the whole process, from idéas to market ready products.

“Our vision is to develop future products for a better world and we hope that the Better World Developer Award will inspire even more people to develop even better products” says Sara Lindmark, CEO of TogetherTech. It is TogetherTech employee’s and a jury who among TogetherTech customers voted the winner of the award. The reasons for nominations is TogetherTech five “better world” criteria:

  • Reduce environmental impact
  • Reduce human suffering
  • Facilitate people’s everyday lives
  • Increase people’s security
  • Facilitate communication and information flows

The choice of Neoventa and STAN S41 was an easy choice since the jury and TogetherTech employee’s votes reached a unanimous result.

Innovative Fetal Monitoring with STAN S41 TogetherTech assisted Neoventa with a technical solution that made it possible to integrate the evidence-based STAN technology into an already existing CTG device. This resulted in STAN S41, a complete, compact and portable CTG device. Its flexible design supports many different configurations so that the device can be adapted to the workflow at each clinic.

“STAN S41 is our latest innovation and we received a very positive response from midwives and obstetricians worldwide. We are proud to receive this award from TogetherTech, who has been our development partner since the idea phase” says Ulf Järnberg, CEO of Neoventa.

The award was presented to Neoventa at a ceremony held on the 20th of March. Together with the award followed a check of 20 000 SEK that was donated to PLAN International – for Safer Births.
