Job Description

• Provide training and clinical support to hospital customers who purchase Neoventa Perinatal products.
• Drive the clinical acceptance of STAN fetal surveillance system and ST Analysis in the Obstetric community.
• Work closely with the sales field team to clinically support customers in pre-sale, sale and post sale activates.
• Identify important trends in perinatal care delivery that impact the perinatal business.
• Provide customer feedback on product performance issues to Neoventa Marketing, management and technical support.
• Actively participate in the development of customer training tools and providing input in regards to clinical tools needed for future product and services.
• Deliver training presentations in diverse settings to include small audiences such as one on one in-service on the labor and delivery unit to a large audience in an auditorium.
• Keep pertinent records and provide timely reports regarding training activities.
• Continuous verbal and written communication.
• Support key accounts.
• Support research activities as required.
• Provide timely communication with customers to ensure problem resolution and follow-up to promote customer satisfaction.
• Participates in conference trade exhibitions and seminars.
• Provide sales force with information learned at sights including possible leads for new accounts.
• Create positive relationships with both medical and nursing staff that will encourage follow up sight visits to established accounts.
• Assist in driving the use and sales of disposable goods.
• Must be insures and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel extensively with ease (approx. 70%of time)

Physical Job Requirements:

• Frequent2-handed lifting of up to 55 lbs. from floor to chair/ table and from one to another surface at approximately the same level.
• Sitting, standing and/or walking for up to eight plus hours per day.
• Ability to effectively use a mobile phone, PC, keyboard and mouse.
• Frequent bending/stooping, squatting and balance.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus in relation to travel and operate a personal computer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in labor and delivery.
• Experience as clinical educator or unit preceptor preferred.
• Willingness to travel a minimum of 70% in a large geographic area.
• Interest in fetal surveillance and new technologies that effect maternal/ child services.
• Outstanding communications skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional skills as a change agent and process orientated individual.
• Professional image.
• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations.
• Current on ACOG and AWHONN standards and recommendations.
• High energy and results oriented.
• Enjoys relationship building.
