Neoventa is a Swedish medical device company founded in 1997. We are a provider of fetal monitoring solutions and services that improve obstetric care. Every day, across the globe in over 500 obstetric centers, our unique solutions are used by health care professionals to ensure a good start in life.
We are one of the few companies world wide that can offer a complete line of products and services for obstetric care covering hardware platforms, software solutions, consumables, accessories, education and services.
Our core competence lies within the evidenced based Stan method that combines cardiotocography with monitoring of the fetal ECG during childbirth and the state-of-art fetal scalp electrode – Goldtrace. Neoventa is maintaining a quality system which meets the requirements of MDD 93/42/EEC, ISO 13485:2003 and FDA regulations.
Our head office is located in Gothenburg, Sweden, with subsidiaries in Boston, USA and Paris, France.
We go to market with our solutions and services by either direct sales or through a strong worldwide distributor network.
Neoventa is owned by Investor Growth Capital, CapMan Life Science and SEB Venture Capital.
