Patient case #2 – Stan events! What do do? (gradually evolving hypoxia with signs of decompensation)
In this patient case we will observe a Gradually evolving hypoxia with signs of decompensation. ST Analysis helped the clinicians to intervene at the right time.
Patient background
- 39w+2d
- Uncomplicated pregnancy
- 32 w scan – normal growth, normal Dopplers, cephalic, placenta high anterior
- IOL for maternal choice
- ARMable (possibility to start induction by rupturing of membranes)
Previous pregnancy:
- 39 years old
- Medical history – not relevant
- P1 – SVD at 42 weeks, PPH needing transfusion
